VOLUNTEER WORK IN NORWAY

                                                                                                                                                                             







 Four months of  living in Norway I've experienced and learned many new things especially in my working places.
I got the opportunity to work as a volunteer in four different places which are two churches, klub 83, totalen cafe and one learning area which is red cross.

In churches I work with children, where by i play different games with them, teach them how to make different things like  cultural bracelets, and helping with kitchen tasks. Also i joined in krik ( christian youth sports) we played different sports like basketball, volleyball,badminton, As we know sports is very important for our health especially when you live in new culture sports helps to socialise with different people and making new friends.

    Totalen cafe is a cafe  sponsored by a church that helps young people suffering from various problems like drugs addicted, loneliness. In Totalen cafe youth receive helps like advice, being there when they need some one to be there for them, helping them to know God through prayers, word of Jesus, different games and different workshops. In Totalen cafe helping youth in those issues is one of my task and sometimes I help with the kitchen task. I have attended some of the workshop in Totalen cafe and learned new thing like decorating Christmas sweater.
                                                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                              

                                                                                 
                                                                           

In klub 83 I work with mental handicapped people and my tasks in this place is to help in serving food and  playing different games with handicapped people. By working in klub 83 I got to know that mental handicapped are such an amazing people before I was afraid, but I was afraid for nothing because they are lovely people and they are full of potential capacities and abilities. I met good and nice friends in klub 83 though sometimes language is a little bit challenge to me but i love being there.
                 
                          

Also, in red cross I have learned how to knit different things like socks, knowing how to knit is not about business only but its also help to refresh mind, I have experienced this thing after knowing how to knit but for the first time I knit it was very hard, since i know how to knit I real enjoy it.
